Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Videxa ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform in any way you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance. Where changes materially affect your rights we will provide at least 14 days' prior notice by email or in-app notification.

Videxa is an information-aggregation tool that collects publicly available P2P cryptocurrency offer data from supported third-party exchanges (currently Binance, Bybit and KuCoin) and presents it in a unified interface to facilitate price comparison.

Videxa is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, wallet, payment processor, financial institution or money-services business. We do not execute, intermediate or facilitate trades, hold user funds, or transmit money. All trading activity occurs exclusively on the relevant third-party exchange, subject to that exchange's own terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• Use of the Platform must be lawful in your country of residence. If cryptocurrency price-comparison services are prohibited where you are located, you may not use Videxa.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current account information.
• You must not share your account with any other person.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Use automated bots, scrapers or scripts to access the Platform without prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Distribute malware, viruses or any code designed to disrupt or damage systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with the performance or availability of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

Market prices, merchant data and availability information displayed on the Platform are sourced from third-party exchanges and are provided for informational purposes only. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Videxa makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information displayed. You should independently verify all details on the relevant exchange before entering into any trade.

Certain features require a paid subscription ("Pro" or "Elite"). By requesting a paid plan you authorise Videxa to collect the applicable subscription fee. Subscription pricing, features and billing cycles may change at our discretion with 14 days' notice to existing subscribers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our refund policy.

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Videxa. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or sublicense any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

The Platform integrates with or links to third-party services including cryptocurrency exchanges, Google, Firebase and Telegram. These services are independent of Videxa and are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of any third-party service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Videxa, its owners, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to Videxa in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Videxa and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities and costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the Platform or other users. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
