Videxa ("we", "us", "our") is a cryptocurrency P2P price-comparison platform operated in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal data you provide or that we collect when you use Videxa ("Platform").

By registering for or using the Platform you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We collect only what is necessary to operate and improve the Platform:

• Identity data — name, email address and profile photo obtained via Google Sign-In.
• Authentication data — Firebase UID and session tokens; we never receive or store your Google password.
• Contact preferences — Telegram username if you voluntarily connect a Telegram alert.
• Subscription data — plan tier, upgrade requests and billing correspondence.
• Usage data — pages visited, filter selections, refresh events and approximate device/browser type.
• Support data — ticket content and communications you send us.

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account details, national ID numbers, or biometric data.

• Authenticate and manage your account.
• Display personalised P2P price comparisons.
• Send Telegram or email alerts you have explicitly requested.
• Process and fulfil subscription upgrades.
• Respond to support requests.
• Monitor and improve platform performance, reliability and security.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We process your data under the following bases:

• Contract performance — to provide the services you have signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — platform security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Consent — optional features such as Telegram alerts and analytics cookies.
• Legal obligation — where required by applicable law.

We integrate the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• Google / Firebase — authentication, database storage and analytics.
• Telegram — optional price-alert delivery.
• Binance, Bybit, KuCoin — publicly available P2P market data.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services.

We retain account data for as long as your account remains active. Support ticket content is retained for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymised form indefinitely. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (TLS), Firebase security rules enforcing per-user access, and access controls — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Request data portability in a machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the support page. We will respond within 30 days.

The Platform is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
